How do I change my account details?

If you wish to change your contact details including name, your email address or your password, you will be able to update these details upon entering your existing email address at checkout. Alternatively please contact Footprint customer service on 1300 260 090 as they can change these details for you.

Please ensure that when you place an order, the delivery address is accurate and complete. Footprint Books cannot be held responsible for lost or returned orders due to incomplete or incorrect delivery address.

How can I find a title on your website?

If you know the title you wish to order you can search for it using the ‘Quick Search’ box located in the top left hand side of the screen. To browse Footprint Books online store, simply use the navigation menu at the top menu bar, alternatively you can view Best Sellers or What’s Hot books from the home page. There is also an Advanced Search feature below the quick search box or click here.

What types of payment do you accept online?

Footprint Books accepts payment via the following credit cards: Amex, Mastercard and Visa, and also by PayPal. Payments by cash or EFTPOS are not accepted online.
All online credit card transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Is my card charged at the time of placing the order?

Yes, your credit card will be charged by the National Australia Bank's Online Payment facility or by PayPal if you have chosen this payment option.

Can I cancel an order that I have made online?

If you would like to request cancellation of your order, please notify the customer service team immediately on 1300 260 090. If possible we will cancel your order and issue a refund. Please ensure that you include your order number which you will find on your receipt. Please note: if you have received notification of dispatch, your order has been shipped and cancellation is not possible in this instance.

How do I access my e-book?

Once you have completed payment for your e-book order on the website you will receive an email confirmation/receipt. This is followed by a second email with instructions on how to access your e-book through the Bookshelf App.  Please follow the instructions to download your e-book.

e-Book purchases are non refundable once successfully downloaded to your device. Refunds are only offered for e-Book purchases where the download has not occurred due to technical issues.

When will I receive my delivery?

You will receive an email when your order is shipped, which will include the delivery method.

The following delivery time frames apply:

Australia Post Mail
Sydney Metro: 2-3 working days after dispatch
Melbourne Metro: 2-3 working days after dispatch
Rest of Australia: 3-7 working days after dispatch

Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

International Airmail
New Zealand: 3-7 working days after dispatch
Pacific Islands: 10-15 working days after dispatch

Please note, Footprint Books uses regular Australia Post for parcel delivery and therefore we rely on their processes and delivery times to your chosen destination once the parcel has left our warehouse. We cannot make any guarantees on Australia Post's behalf.

Express Service
For urgent orders you may elect to use an express delivery service at the checkout process.

The express delivery charges for overnight next business day delivery are :
$20.00 for orders up to 3kg
$25.00 for orders between 3kg and 5kg

Please check express delivery times outside major centers with customer service. Express Post delivery orders must be placed before 10am for next business day delivery.
