All of the handouts and worksheets discussed in Marsha M. Linehan's DBT Skills Training Manual 2ed are provided, together with brief introductions to each module written expressly for clients. Originally developed to treat borderline personality disorder, DBT has been demonstrated effective in treatment of a wide range of psychological and emotional problems. Clients get quick, easy access to all needed handouts or worksheets as they work to build mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance skills. The large-size format and spiral binding facilitate photocopying. Purchasers also get access to a Web page where they can download and print additional copies of the worksheets.

KEY POINTS
*Outstanding potential: this new client workbook is the companion to DBT Skills Training Manual for Clinicians, Second Edition (sold separately); together, the two volumes replace the bestselling Skills Training Manual for Treating Borderline Personality Disorder.
*By popular demand: clients now have their own set of all DBT worksheets and handouts in one accessible, well-organized spiral-bound volume.
*Beyond borderline personality disorder: DBT's focus on key emotion regulation skills has been shown in clinical trials to work for a broad range of other issues, including eating disorders, substance use disorder, adolescent problems, PTSD, and more.
*For clients in individual or group therapy settings; not designed to be a stand-alone self-help work.
*Online supplement: worksheets will also be available to purchasers to download and print.

AUDIENCE
Clients in therapy for any emotional or psychological difficulty that involves emotional dysregulation, and those who treat them.
