Pawan Budhwar is the 50th Anniversary Professor of International HRM at Aston Business School, UK. He is an Associate Pro-Vice Chancellor International, Aston University and the Co-Editor-in-Chief of British Journal of Management. Pawan's research interests are in the field of strategic HRM, International HRM and emerging markets with a specific focus on India.
